The Beginning

Locked away in the dusty attic of a grand victorian mansion lies an old, weathered book. This ancient tome will severely alter the destiny of three sisters who were meant to discover it. There's:

Prue Halliwell - the beautiful and driven oldest

Piper Halliwell- the earthy, creative middle sister

Phoebe Halliwell- the free spirited youngest

All of which have lived their entire lives without a clue as to who they really are. All it takes is one dark night for them to discover their true identity as the ''Charmed Ones,'' the most powerful of a long line of good witches. The ancient legend proclaims them as protectors of the innocent and warns of dark forces that will take the form of everyday people. These enemies will stop at nothing to possess their new powers, including murder. The sisters daily struggles are never to be the same when they start to struggle with their new-found identity among the darker world of the occult. The enchanting Halliwell sisters must learn to come together and use their powers wisely. For when they don't, it's not just their own lives that are at stake.

Now

The oldest sister, Pru, has been killed by a demon named Shaks. Piper is married to her White Lighter, Leo Wyatt. Pheobe is recovering from a divorce from Cole, the former Source of all Evil. Paige came into Piper and Pheobe's life shortly after Pru was killed. In a attemp to get Pru back the two sisters ended up with there younger lost sister, Paige. With Paige accepting to her powers and adapted to her new life she reconstituted the Power of Three.
